EAR WAX REMOVAL

Ear Wax Gone is a completely fresh approach to ear wax removal. It is not just drops you put into you ear and hope eventually to get relief with. It is a self contained ear wax removal flush, where you use the entire contents of the applicator, to soften and flush the wax out of the ear, then you refill the dispenser with the hot water and continue flushing until all the emulsifying oil is removed from the ear, and your hearing has returned to normal.

Many different preparations for ear wax removal have been tried, some of which go back to ancient Egyptian times.  Manual syringing has been historically the most common method of clearing earwax, but it can prove to be prolonged, often painful and some times futile. Too forceful, and ear drum perforations often results, not forceful enough and the wax is not removed.  Quite a gamble, relying entirely on a little luck, and the skill of the syringe operator to separate the hard wax from the eardrum, without causing permanent damage to the eardrum - often a very painful and distressing process.

DO YOU WANT ALMOST INSTANT RESULTS PAINLESSLY – THEN USE:

EAR WAX GONE

What do I need to use this kit?

A sink (wash hand basin) with hot and cold water, then follow the very simple instructions and apply the oil to the affected ear.

Well that might be difficult - Ok - so let's take it line by line.

Open the package containing you Ear Wax Gone kit - Read through the simple instructions sheet (six lines).

Place the applicator in a suitable open topped container (bowl) - place in a wash hand basin or sink.

Fill the container with tap water - sufficient to cover the applicator.

Adjust the hot and cold taps to attain the temperature indicated on the applicator.

Allow to sit at this temperature until applicator indicates it has stabilized at this temperature (4-5 minutes).

Remove applicator from the hot water (retain hot water for flushing) - remove end blank - fully insert tip into ear (cannot enter too far).

Progressively squeeze applicator and cause emulsifying oil to gently and painlessly flush the wax out of the ear, then refill dispenser with the hot water and continued flushing untill all the emulsifying oil is removed frrom the ear.

That is it 5-10 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to use.

Hearing Loss Advice Diagnostics and Treatment.

What you should know about ears.

The ears may often be neglected aspects of the body, but one should well know that they are as vital as the other organs as well. Perhaps an individual will not learn to appreciate the ears until they find that they are unable to relish in the beauty of sights with sound, or when they begin to have problems with their balance. Hearing health and hygiene should therefore be one of the main concerns of an individual as they are vital to well-being and even a good quality of life. Pertaining to this concern, one may well be brought to the matter or ear wax. As much as others generally think that ear wax is bothersome, its job is actually to clean, protect and moisten the ear canal and the gland within that area of the ear produce them.

If there is an overproduction of ear wax, there is going to be a blockage in the ear which may also result to itchiness and hearing loss. Under such circumstances, it may well be necessary that an individual resorts to measures for ear wax removal. There are basically several means for ear wax removal, one of which makes use of hydrogen peroxide. One can well derive from the sound of it that such an ear wax removal procedure is dangerous especially if one has a punctured ear drum or a sensitive ear canal. There are always other ear wax removal options, and it is best that one takes safe and natural remedies for ear wax removal, such as using the current Ear Wax Gone Kit to quickly, hygienically and painlessly remove your ear wax.

An ancient recommended home remedy for wax removal is to use a sea water ear spray daily. This wax removal may be helpful for those who need to regularly clean their ear canal. It may be interesting to note that one should never use a hair grip, a cotton bud or their finger for wax removal as they will only serve to compact the ear wax making it more difficult to remove. By far, the safest most ancient and untested method for wax removal is to dissolve ear wax with paraffin oil or other mineral oil combined with warm water irrigation. For this wax removal measure, the one should initially obtain paraffin oil or any other mineral oil at a drugstore. What follows then for this ear wax removal procedure is to warm about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the oil over a candle with a heat a little above body temperature. A dropper should then be filled with the warmed oil after which an individual would lie on their side with the ear to be de-waxed up through this ear wax removal measure. After dropping a few drops of the oil into the ear for ear wax removal, one should lie still for about 5 minutes and then finally get up and empty the ear with the oil into a sink. A day or two after carrying out the ear wax removal using paraffin oil, one should then warm some water with just above body temperature heat and flush the ear with it. This ear wax removal procedure is for the purpose of softening or dissolving the wax. In order to restore the ear’s natural pH, one can then rinse the ear canal with diluted apple cider vinegar solution. Or better still use the Ear Wax Gone kit and drink the cider.

Sure you can, if you are gentle and follow the following guidelines. Because the ear canal is hourglass-shaped, earwax often creates a plug that makes it difficult for the ear to come out on its own. The ancients used to believe that the best and safest way to remove ear-wax safely is to use a solution of half white vinegar and half rubbing alcohol. Tilt your head to one side and put in a few drops. Wait a few seconds, then tilt your head to the other side and let the waste drain out. Do the same for the other ear and repeat the procedure as necessary.Don't use this solution if you have a hole in the eardrum or have tubes in your ears.Removing ear wax on your own is not recommended if you have a history of ear infections or other ear problems such as a hole in the eardrum Rinsing the ear canal with hydrogen peroxide (rocket fuel) (H2O2) results in oxygen bubbling off and water being left behind-wet, warm ear canals make good incubators for growth of bacteria. If you do use hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), flushing the ear canal with rubbing alcohol will displace the water and dry the canal skin. Remember the following:
If cotton swabs are bad for your ears, that definitely means sharper objects like hair-pins, pencils and ballpoint pens and keys are off-limits for ear wax removal.
One thing you definitely don't want to do is get rid of all your earwax. Ear wax isn't dirt.Ear wax is a normal secretion that protects your ear, just the way other kinds of wax protect your car. Ear wax is nature's essential protective lubricant for the ear canal and should be viewed as a necessary evil.

When to remove ear wax.

Under ideal circumstances, a person should never have to clean their ear canals. However, we all know that this isn't always the case and sometimes removal of ear wax is necessary. Excessive ear wax may build up in the ear canal for many of reasons including:

• narrowing of the ear canal resulting from infections or diseases of the skin, bones, or connective tissue;
• production of a less fluid form of cerumen (more common in older persons due to aging of the glands that produce ear wax); or
• overproduction of cerumen in response to trauma or blockage within the ear canal.

When wax has accumulated so much that it blocks the ear canal (and interferes with hearing), a physician may have to wash it out (known as lavage), vacuum it, or remove it with special instruments. Alternatively, a physician may prescribe ear drops that are designed to soften the wax.

The patient may first try an over-the-counter product (OTC) if they need to remove ear wax. If the ear still feels blocked after using these drops, a physician should be consulted. If the person does try ear wax softeners, it is imperative to know that he or she does not have a perforated (punctured) eardrum prior to using the product. Putting ear wax softeners in the ear in the presence of a perforated eardrum may cause an infection in the middle ear. Similarly, simply washing one's ear in the presence of a perforation may start an infection. If a person is uncertain whether or not he or she has a perforation (hole) in the eardrum, consult a physician. Some individuals may also be hypersensitive to products designed to soften ear wax. Therefore, if pain, tenderness or a local skin rash develops, the use of these drops should be discontinued.

Hearing loss in infants.

If a child is born with a hearing loss that has not been detected, then there can be quite profound problems with day to day routines. Parents may be unaware of the problem for some time and attribute loss of hearing to other health problems. So it is recommended that if the child has been exposed to situation / illnesses or other conditions that could affect the hearing system then they should be tested at the earliest possible time. The list below should be considered a basic list. Your medical practitioner will be able to guide you further.

Which infants have a risk of hearing loss?

The under listed ailments or conditions can lead to hearing loss in childhood.

  • family history of permanent childhood hearing loss
  • syndromes associated with hearing loss (e.g. Down Syndrome)
  • prolonged ventilation
  • bacterial meningitis
  • low birth weight (under 1500 g / 3.3 lbs)
  • severe asphyxia at birth
  • malformations of the ears, head or neck (e.g. cjustify palate, external ear abnormalities)
  • severe jaundice
  • maternal infection during pregnancy (e.g. Rubella, CMV, TORCH, Syphilis)
  • professional concern.

When should suspect infants be tested?

Babies should be tested a few hours after birth.

How can they be tested?

Babies can be tested while asleep. The tests are quite safe and painless for the baby. The results are available immediately.
